$25K Reward Offered For Tips In Landover Fatal Shooting
A reward of up to $25K has been offered for information in a fatal shooting that happened in Landover Sunday.
LANDOVER, MD — Prince George’s County Police Department detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in Landover Sunday morning. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
On July 6 at approximately 1 a.m., police officers were called to the 7500 block of Allendale Drive for a report of a shooting. They found 21-year-old J’len Livingston of Clinton with gunshot wounds. Livingston died of his injuries a short time after arriving at a hospital, the police department stated.
Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). Detectives do not believe this was a random crime, the police department stated.
