A Reisterstown man is facing charges related to April 2 peeping tom incident at the University of Maryland College Park.Ernest Attakora Margo, 21, of Reistertown,was charged with "disturbing activities at a school or college; molesting or threatening students or school personnel prohibited," <a href="http://www.wtop.com/58/3598346/Man-arrested-in-peeping-tom-incident-at-UMd" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to WTOP</a>. A female student was using the bathroom at the school's Biology-Psychology building when she saw a phone on the ground and pointed to her, the station reported.After receiving information on April 3 about a possible suspect, police followed up on April 7 and were able to make the arrest.
