Bowie High School Evacuated Monday for Smoke Odor
Students and staff were relocated as the PGFD evaluates the scene Jan. 5.

Prince George’s Fire Department firefighters are investigating a smoke odor and light haze at Bowie High School.
Around 9:30 a.m. Monday, students and staff were evacuated to the library and annex as a precaution.
Chief spokesperson for the PGFD Mark Brady reported that the odor has been tracked to the electrical room in the school.
