Bowie State University Building Evacuated After Fire
A building on the Bowie State University campus had to be evacuated on Monday.

BOWIE, MD — Authorities had to evacuate a building on the Bowie State University campus due to a structure fire on Monday.
Prince George's County Fire tweeted at around 9 p.m. Monday that they were responding to a report of a structure fire at 14000 Jericho Park Road in Bowie on the Bowie State University campus, and that the building had been evacuated.
Around 15 minutes later, they reported that units "reported a dissipating odor and haze in building lobby."

By 9:44 p.m., the scene had been cleared.
