D.C. Teen Charged In 17-Year-Old's Fatal Shooting In Clinton
A Washington, D.C., teen has been charged in connection to a 17-year-old's fatal shooting in Clinton, according to Prince George's Police.
CLINTON, MD — Police have arrested the suspect wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy from Clinton.
On July 20 around 11:20 a.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 6900 block of of Killarney Street for a report of a shooting. Officers found 17-year-old Camron Anthony Adams of Clinton in a car with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene, according to police. A second male also was shot, but his injuries weren't life threatening.
Detectives identified the suspect as a 17-year-old boy from Washington, D.C. He has been charged as an adult with second-degree murder and related charges. When the police department's fugitive unit found and arrested him Aug. 5 for possession of a gun. He remains in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status, according to the police department.
