Laurel Man Arrested After 2 Roommates Stabbed, 1 Fatally: Police
A Laurel man has been arrested after his 2 roommates were found stabbed, including 1 fatally, police report.
LAUREL, MD — A Laurel man has been arrested after police say he stabbed two of his roommates, one fatally.
On Aug. 12 around 9:28 p.m., Laurel police officers were called to the 15000 block of Laurel Oaks Lane for a report of a stabbing. Officers found two individuals in the street with severe stab wounds, according to a police report. Terrence Smith Jr., 51, died at the scene. Aiden Smith, 20, is listed in stable condition, according to police.
An investigation indicated that the suspect, who was a roommate of the victims, was still inside the property, police reported. Officers secured the scene and took the suspect, Kevin Raymond Nicholas Green, 34, into custody without incident.
