Man Arrested For Stealing Paddle Boat At Nat'l Harbor: Police
A man is under arrest after police say he stole a paddle boat from National Harbor on Monday.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD — A man was arrested after he made off with a paddle boat from National Harbor, police say.
Members of the Prince George's County Police Department's Special Operations Division responded to a call for a stolen paddle boat at around 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 16 at an unspecified location in National Harbor, according to a PGPD report.
Police accused 32-year-old Kevin Quijano-QuiJada of Forest Heights of swimming to a docked paddle boat and then removing it without payment, the report states.

"He then proceeded to paddle the boat further into the Potomac River where he was apprehended by our Harbor Unit officers," it adds.
He was charged with theft under $25,000.
