SUV Crashes Into Side Of Building, No Injuries Reported

An SUV crashed into the side of a building in Glenn Dale Friday shortly after noon. No injuries were reported.

GLENN DALE, MD — A black SUV crashed into the side of a building Friday, which is located in the 10800 block of Lanham Severn Road.

According to the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department, crews were called to the building shortly after noon Oct. 24. One person was inside the vehicle and was able to get out of the SUV before firefighters arrived. The building was evacuated and no one was taken to the hospital, the fire and EMS department posted on X.

The department shared a photo from the scene where the vehicle was surrounded by caution tape as it sat parked partly inside the building. Officials are assessing the building for any risk of collapsing and to judge its safety.
