Where To See Santa In The Bowie Area This Christmas Season

BOWIE, MD — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Prince George's families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In the Bowie area, kids have several chances:

• Breakfast with Santa will be Dec. 16 starting at 11 a.m. at the Prince George's Plaza Community Center in Hyattsville.
• Gaylord National will offer photos with Santa Nov. 19 starting at 1 p.m. at The Christmas Village.
• College Park Aviation Museum will host a Santa Fly-in Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Enjoy Family Fun Day with Santa Dec. 10 at the Prince George's Publick Playhouse from 2 to 4 p.m.
• Upper Marlboro will host a tree lighting and holiday event Dec. 2 from 1 to 5 p.m.
• The Mall at Prince George's will offer photos with Santa by reservation starting Nov. 18.
• Towne Centre Laurel will be hosting a tree lighting with Santa Nov. 18 at 6 p.m.
• Take photos with Santa at a PJ party Nov. 18 at Center Court.
• Pizza with Santa will be Dec. 9 hosted by the Beltsville Volunteer Fire Department.
• Park and Recreation will host a breakfast with Santa Dec. 19 starting at 11 a.m.
• M Lounge Studios will host a breakfast with Santa Dec. 3.
• The Christmas Shoppe Bazaar Dec. 2 in Bowie will include a meet and greet with Santa.
• Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.
• Santa will also be at Macy’s stores. Reservations are required.
• Santa is coming to Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores on Black Friday, which is Nov. 24 this year.
• JC Penney stores are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
