The Anne Arundel County Department of Health has lifted advisories for Herald Harbor, located in Crownsville, Maryland on the Severn River, and for Lake Claire in Cape St. Claire and Magothy Manor in Arnold, both located on the Magothy River, as samples show that bacteria are now at acceptable levels. The advisories for the three beaches were issued on June 22 due to results of high bacteria levels found in water samples.
