Fairwinds Marina to be Sold to Highest Bidder

The auction is set to begin June 20 at 1 p.m.

A marina on the Broadneck peninsula is being auctioned off as its owner prepares for retirement after more than 50 years.

Fairwinds Marina, located at the mouth of the Magothy River at 1000 Fairwinds Drive in Broadneck, features 143 boat slips, dry storage space for more than 200 boats and a sales and repair facility that boasts more than $1 million in annual revenue, according to the auction's listing.

The auction also includes a waterfront estate.

The marina is being auctioned by Alex Cooper Real Estate Division. The auction is set to begin June 20 at 1 p.m.
