As 2013 draws to a close, many people are hoping for change in the new year.
Change Maryland describes itself as a non-partisan grassroots citizen-activist organization and is made up of more than β70,000 fed-up Democrats, Independents, and Republicans from every corner of the state,β according to their blog.
The organization details its progressβincluding adding 40,000 membersβthis past year in the blog post: Best of Change Maryland - 2013.
