Here are the top three stories today in Catonsville:

  1. Five teens were arrested on Friday, Nov. 18, for a crime spree that included the pistol-whipping and carjacking of a 73-year-old man in downtown Ocean City, multiple car break-ins in Baltimore, and theft of a handgun and other items. The five teens are 19-year-old Jaquawn Lashawn Daney of Baltimore, a 17-year-old from Baltimore City, a 15-year-old from Baltimore, a 14-year-old from Baltimore County, and a 12-year-old from Baltimore City. The list of charges include stealing $25,000-$100,000 worth of property, armed robbery, carjacking, reckless endangerment, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and two counts of stealing a vehicle.
