Catonsville Arts Community Members Hold Gathering

On Monday afternoon, a group of local artists who had exhibited together last June at the First Catonsville Fine Arts Exhibition met at the home of Jane Byers to reconnect and share plans for the year. 

The enthusiasm was high during the discussions of the members’ different directions in art and the commitment to move forward in plans for a Second Fine Arts Exhibition.  Any resident living in 21228 will be welcome to participate.

Since last year, several exhibitors have developed websites and have been motivated to exhibit elsewhere.  The group now calls themselves Catonsville Arts and their new website, created by Edward Williams, is catonsvillearts.org.    

This website  includes a calendar of local arts events as well as  music and theater events.  And the samples of the artists’ works demonstrate the diversity, creativity and expertise of its members.  It is well worth a look.
