- Yesterday, Baltimore County Police asked the public for help finding 28-year-old Marcus Vann-Garrison. Vann-Garrison was last seen in the Park Heights area and his cell phone was found in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue. He is 5'11 and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and tan boots. Police ask anyone with information to call 911 or 410-307-2020. (WMAR 2 News)
