- The Baltimore County Police Department released the identity of the Nov. 7 Owings Mills stabbing victim and suspect. Julian Funderburk, 29, was charged with first-degree murder for the alleged stabbing of 39-year-old Jerry Lewis and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. - The local and state election results are here. Democrat Wes Moore won the race for governor. Incumbent Democrat Johnny Olszewski defeated Republican Pat McDonough in the race for Baltimore County executive and incumbent Democrat Scott Shellenberger won the race for Baltimore County State's Attorney.
