- Baltimore County detectives arrested Robert C. Williams, 26, in connection to at least four burglaries in the county this past month. The last robbery was at Skyline Liquor and Wine, in the 200 block of E. Joppa Rd., on Sunday, Feb. 21. Williams is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
