Catonsville Man Walks off Work Release in Towson
Mark Randolph was serving eight years for possession with the intent to distribute drugs.

A Catonsville man who was on a work release assignment in Towson did not return to to his assignment at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the state Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
Mark Randolph was serving an eight-year sentence for possession with the intent to distribute drugs.
He was on a conditional release for offenders nearing the end of their sentences. They are employed at an unsupervised location and return to a Division of Correction facility outside working hours.
