A preliminary investigation determinedthat Coley was attempting to stop the vehicle, when it accelerated unexpectedly. (CBS Baltimore)
- This year, 42 Baltimore County students from 11 middle and high schools have been accepted into the Maryland Music Educators Association's 2023 All State Ensembles.
