If You Want to Volunteer, Here's What Catosnville Needs
Baltimore County hotline is in need of volunteers.

Whether it's your time, your talent or your treasure, there's plenty of needs for volunteers in Catonsville. Here are a few opportunities that Patch found.
1. The Baltimore County Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Hotline is in need of daytime volunteers. The two shifts are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. You can do the volunteering from your own home. Training begins on April 2 and goes through May 4. An application and an interview are needed, and can be obtained by calling or emailing Tammy Cline, hotline coordinator, at tcline@dhr.state.md.us. If you would like more information, please call Tammy, at 410-853-3033.
2. Catonsville Middle School is in need of volunteers for their annual mulch sale on March 17, which is sponsored by the school's PTA. Adults with large cars or trucks are needed to deliver mulch orders and several adults are also needed to help unload mulch orders.

Students are also able to help with certain tasks and are eligible for service learning hours. To volunteer, email Julie Perry at julieperry1372@hotmail.com.
You can also still order to support the school, which sells three kinds of mulch: hardwood, cedar and black mulch. The forms for ordering are on the school system's website.
