  1. On Saturday afternoon, high winds caused a tree to fall onto McDonogh Road at Star Circle. As the tree fell across the entire roadway, it landed on 43-year-old man Andre Turner's vehicle. Turner was traveling northbound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another car traveling southbound hit the tree after it fell; the car's occupants reported no injuries. (Press Release Desk)
