Man Found Dead, Woman Wounded in Catonsville Stabbing: Police

CATONSVILLE, MD — A man is dead from an unknown cause and a woman suffered injuries in an apparent stabbing Wednesday morning in Catonsville, according to Baltimore County Police and Fire.

The body of the male victim, found inside the home in the 500 block of Academy Road, will be taken to the office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. There no obvious signs of the cause of death, according to a message on the county police Facebook page.

The female stabbing victim has been taken to an area hospital and is expected to survive.

Investigators do not believe there is any danger to the public at this time.
