"We would like to help with some of their medical costs, and are asking your help to do so," it states. "Please show your support for this little Catonsville girl and her family!"
The restaurant is located at 15 Mellor Ave., Catonsville.
According to the Bartlinski family blog, the restaurant is donating 20 percent of their profits during that time Wednesday to Believe in Miracles, a "non-profit that helps the family with Teresa's medical expenses."
