🌱 Pedestrian Fatally Hit By A Vehicle In Catonsville + Below Freezing

Here are the top three stories today in Catonsville:

1. On Sunday, Jan. 29, a pedestrian was hit and killed in Catonsville on Rolling Road and Route 40. Baltimore County Police found the man located in the road at around 9:50 a.m., where he was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle that hit the deceased stayed at the scene and a crash reconstruction team is investigating the incident. (Subscription: Baltimore Sun)
2. According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are expected to drop below freezing every night through Saturday, Feb. 4, in Baltimore City and County. The weather service also predicts a chance of snow this morning, Feb. 1. On Friday night, Feb. 3, the temperature could drop to 16 degrees. Baltimore County and City will operate emergency freezing-weather shelters when the temperature drops below 32 degrees. (Subscription: Baltimore Sun)
3. On Monday, Jan. 30, the Baltimore County Fire Department responded to a serious crash on I-795 at the I-695 ramp in Baltimore County. A tractor-trailer overturned and fell from the I-795 overpass, ejecting the driver. The driver was taken to Shock Trauma by a Maryland State Police helicopter. (Nottingham MD)
