  1. Baltimore County is starting work on a new structure designed to eventually give communities a say in police oversight. The first step of this new structure is to build a police accountability board, made up of residents across the county. Ahead of a Jul. 1 deadline to establish the finer details, the County Council is set to vote on legislation surrounding a police accountability board in today's meeting. (Subscription: Baltimore Sun)
