Police arrested the second of three suspects in an armed robbery that occurred on Aug. 8 outside the ZIPs Dry Cleaners in College Park. Police identified 21-year-old Andrew Hillocks in the same surveillance video that enabled them to arrest the first suspect, 19-year-old Chernor Jah. <a href="http://www.myfoxdc.com/dpp/news/maryland/19-year-old-arrested-for-armed-robbery-in-college-park-091510" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The video</a> was aired on Fox News on Sept. 16, and police obtained a warrant for Hillocks shortly thereafter, said police spokesperson Cpl. Larry Johnson. The third suspect may be in the video as well, but has not yet been identified by police. Jah was originally seen in the video attempting to use the victim's credit card in a Silver Spring 7-11.
