The local singer is currently competing on Season 12 of <a href="http://www.americanidol.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">American Idol</a>. "I'm originally from Baltimore, MD, by way of Aberdeen, MD," Mincey said in an introductory video. (Watch the video included with this post.)
