Black Santa, Mrs. Claus Greet Kids At 'Our Kind Of Christmas' In Howard County
The 2nd annual Our Kind of Christmas will be Dec. 2 in Columbia. Families can meet and take photos with a Black Santa and Mrs. Claus.
COLUMBIA, MD — The second annual Our Kind of Christmas will be Dec. 2 at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center, 7246 Cradlerock Way, Room C, in Columbia.
Hosted by The Kind Collective, Our Kind of Christmas is described as a family-centered holiday where children can meet and chat with a diverse Santa.
Admission includes three professional family photos with a Black Mr. and Mrs. Claus, opportunities to purchase unique gifts from minority-owned and women-owned businesses, kid-friendly craft activities and refreshments.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All attendees must be registered for the event and can sign up online.
