Sunrise temperatures through the weekend will be the coldest this season as a winter preview arrives. Here's the latest forecast.
The coldest air of the season is heading in our direction overnight, and it will be staying for several days. The wind chill, or "feels like" temperature, just before sunrise Friday morning will be at 19 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
Through Saturday and into Sunday, the wind chill will be under freezing. It will be another morning with the wind chill in the teens Saturday and a chance for snow in the forecast for Sunday night.
Friday will be a blustery, cold day, according to the weather service, with wind gusts up to 29 mph. Windswill still be an issue Saturday, under sunny skies. There's a chance for rain and snow late Sunday night and into Monday before temperatures warm to near 48 degrees.
