COLUMBIA, MD — A community outreach meeting will be held at 6 p.m. July 15 to discuss a project to repair the storm drain outfall behind 5517 Mystic Court in Columbia. The meeting will be hosted by the Howard County Department of Public Works, in coordination with the Columbia Association
The project includes stabilizing about 125 feet of the storm drain outfall channel behind 5517 Mystic Court using wood and rock structures.
