Volunteers Needed To Serve On HCPSS Policy Committee, Apply By Friday

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Volunteers interested in serving on the Howard County Public School System's policy development and adoption committee have until Sept. 20 to apply.

The committee will include at least one member representing the general resident stakeholder group. Members of the committee will attend three virtual meetings to discuss and make policy recommendations. Committee members are expected to participate in all committee meetings.

Committee meetings are tentatively scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, Nov. 12 – 4-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 19 – 4-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 3 – 4-5:30 p.m.

Residents interested in participating may submit a statement of interest online by Friday. A confirmation email with additional details will be sent to the individuals selected to participate.
