Where To See Santa In Columbia This Christmas Season

COLUMBIA, MD — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Howard County families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In Howard County, kids have several chances to see Santa:

• The Mall in Columbia offers reservations for photos with Santa and Santa pet pictures, too. There's also an option for a sensory-friendly visit and photos with Santa.
• Breakfast with Santa will be Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. to noon at Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane.
• Breakfast with Santa will be Dec. 2 and 9 from 8-9:30 a.m. at Seasons 52 restaurant at The Mall in Columbia.
• The second annual Our Kind of Christmas will be Dec. 2 at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center, 7246 Cradlerock Way, Room C, in Columbia featuring a Black Santa and Mrs. Claus.
• The White Oak Tavern will host a brunch and dinner with Santa five times in the month of December starting Dec. 2.
• Breakfast Snacks with Santa will be Dec. 2 at The Other Barn in Columbia.
• The Santa Project will host a holiday family brunch with Santa Dec. 10 at 10:30 a.m.
• Main Event Columbia will host a breakfast and photos with Santa Dec. 17 starting at 11 a.m.
• Christmas Time With Santa starts Dec. 4, hosted by Feed the Heart.
• Families can schedule a personal visit from Santa Clause at their home Dec. 9-10 and Dec. 16-17 through The Santa Project.
• Santa will be driving through the neighborhoods of Ellicott City, courtesy of the volunteer fire department, starting Dec. 8.
• The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar will host The Santa Experience Nov. 25 from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.
• Santa will pop by Clarks Ace Hardware in Ellicott City Nov. 25 from 9 a.m. to noon.
• Breakfast with Santa at Bethany Church in Ellicott City will be Nov. 18 from 8 to 11 a.m.
• Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.
• Santa will also be at Macy’s stores. Reservations are required.
• Santa is coming to Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores on Black Friday, which is Nov. 24 this year.
• JC Penney stores are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
