Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where families and individuals can learn, grow, and achieve their goals. We are a blended school of Korean Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Kickboxing and Chinese Qigong.

The Bob Evans restaurant in Gambrills will be closed for about a week as it undergoes renovations.  The eatery at the Village at Waugh Chapel will be closed from the evening of Sept. 29 and re-open on Oct. 6, after what it calls a "Farm Fresh Refresh."  According to Bob Evans' corporate website, the refresh will involve upgrading the restaurant with a more contemporary interior, redesigned carry-out area and a bakery.  Do you eat at Bob Evans? The restaurant will close from Sept. 29 to Oct. 6 as it upgrades its interior.
