What's going on this week? Here are five events that may be worth checking out.
West County Chamber of Commerce Mixer - Tuesday, 5:30-7 p.m. at the Greene Turtle in Gambrills. Open to chamber members and non-members. No charge to attend, call the chamber to RSVP. (410) 672-3422
33rd District Democrats Meeting - Thursday, 6 p.m. Perry's Restaurant, Odenton. This will be an open forum meeting with no guest speaker.
Fall Sports Begin - On Wednesday, teams at nearby public high schools will begin practice. Scrimmages will begin shortly after.
South River Youth Athletics Soccer Camp - The SYRA will host this evening camp from 6-7:30 p.m. all week at the Mayo American Legion. Coerver Coaching will provide the instructors. For kids aged 6-14.
