A reckless ATV driver who taunted a Prince George’s County Police patrol car – and shared it all on video – is on custody on numerous charges, authorities say.

The friend who cheered him on and shot the footage is also wanted on multiple charges. The video was recorded on May 23 on Pennsylvania Avenue near Silver Hill Road in Forestville and then posted online. >>> Watch the video.
