New Men's 'Grooming Center' Coming to Waugh Chapel

Roosters is opening its first Maryland location, offering haircuts, beard trims and other services.

Men will have another option for haircuts in the Gambrills area as Roosters Men's Grooming Center opens at the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.

The new center is expected to open any day. It will be the chain's first location in Maryland, though it operates in 20 states and has shops in Lessburg, Ashburn and Herndon, VA.

Roosters, according to its website, offers haircuts for men and boys. The "Roosters Club Cut" comes with a shampoo, hot towel, brush of powder and a splash of aftershave. Other services include face shaves, bear trims, neck trims and highlighting.

You can view photos of the construction of Roosters on the center's Facebook page.

Update: Patch heard from the franchise owners, Kim and Frankie Hall, who said they are tentatively eyeing a Grand Opening event in October. Patch will keep you posted.
