What's Open, Closed In Crofton On Thanksgiving

CROFTON, MD — Many government services change their hours around holidays. Here is what's opened and closed in Crofton around Thanksgiving, which is on Thursday, Nov. 25:

Government Offices: Anne Arundel County government offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Courts: Courts will be closed Thursday and Friday. Court hours are listed here.

Parks: All parks will be open for their normal hours. Park hours are listed here. This interactive map shows the parks closest to you.

Libraries: The Anne Arundel County Public Library will be closed Thursday, Friday and Sunday. It will be open Saturday. A full list of library hours and contact information is posted here.

Post Offices: Post offices will be closed Thursday.

Trash And Recycling: All landfills and recycling centers will be closed Thursday and Friday. In Anne Arundel County, Thursday collection will happen Friday. Friday's pickup will occur Saturday. A schedule of all Anne Arundel County trash and recycling operations is available here.

Buses: The Annapolis bus system will run limited routes on Thanksgiving. Only the purple bus will operate on Thursday. That line will run on a Sunday schedule.

The County Connector will operate on a Sunday schedule this Thursday.

All Anne Arundel County buses will be closed on Thursday.

These county routes will not run on Friday either:

• South County Call N' Ride
• Crofton Connector

These county lines will operate on a Saturday schedule this Friday:

• 201
• 202
• 204
• Gold
• Yellow
