Dundalk Local Hero's Heeds Call To Save Lives
We all know someone who's making a difference. Here's one local resident changing lives in Maryland.

DUNDALK, MD — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. We’re working on letting all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.
This submission comes from Juanita Kiefner who nominated Skyler Kiefner of Dundalk.

Skyler loves to help people and feels his calling is to save lives. Skyler started with the fire department when he was 17 and is now 22 years old. He is a live-in volunteer firefighter. He’s almost always at the forefront when he isn’t working on the ambulance or working as a supervisor security for the Ravens during home games.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the local hero?
Skyler is my personal hero and has been since before he was born. He has made it his life’s mission to help people and save them in one form or another.
Thank you for all you do, Skyler Kiefner!
