Boy, 8, Seriously Injured in Go-Kart Accident
Fire officials said the incident occurred Sunday afternoon in Davidsonville.
An 8-year-old boy suffered serious injuries after a go-kart accident in Davidsonville Sunday afternoon.
Anne Arundel County Fire Department Division Chief Keith Swindle said crews responded to the 3200 block of Davidsonville Road at 2:20 p.m. on Sunday and discovered a boy who sustained injuries in a go kart accident.
Swindle said the boy crashed his go-kart into a steel pole. The boy was taken to Johns Hopkins Children's Center with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
