Fun for Pups at Historic London Town and Gardens
Historic London Town and Gardens and Dogwood Acres will host Pup-A-Palooza on Sunday.

Looking for something fun to do with your whole family—including your pup—this weekend?
Historic London Town and Gardens and Dogwoods Acres Pet Retreat are joining forces to get you to bring your furry friend out for a night of summer fun. The pair will host Pup-A-Palooza on Sunday during Historic London Town and Gardens summer concert series.
London Town Historic Gardens holds an outdoor summer concert series Sunday afternoons in July and August featuring different bands weekly. Sunday's event will feature music from Jeff Calder and The Gypsy Collective—music your pup is sure to love.
"Historic London Town and Gardens is such a beautiful place and we were very excited for the opportunity to team up and support this pet friendly summer concert series," said Erin Bogan the marketing coordinator for Dogwood Acres.
"The concerts are dog friendly so we jumped on the opportunity to help promote that for those who may or may not know such an opportunity to enjoy outdoor music with their pups exists locally."
Your fury friends will not only enjoy fun music in an outdoor setting, but some treats as well. Dogwood Acres will be on hand at a Pup-sicle Stand offering free homemade Pup-sicle treats to all the pups in attendance as well as goodie bags for the pup parents.
Dogwood will also be holding a free raffle for a Pet Lovers Gift Basket including a Dogwood Acres Pet Retreat Gift Certificate for an all inclusive Sweet Retreat Getaway for one lucky pup.
"London Town is very interested in hosting events that bring in the local community and families in particular," said Jean Clare Shea with London Town Historic Gardens.
Sunday's concert will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at Historic London Town and Gardens, which is located at 839 Londontown Rd. in Edgewater. The concert is free, however a $10 donation is appreciated.
