Health Care Reform Forum

Where: Edgewater Public Library, 25 Stepneys Lane, Edgewater
Details: The program will provide information on insurance coverage, tax credits and subsidies, available health care services for adults and children, consumer assistance and important dates.

Become a Master Watershed Steward
When: 
Tuesday
Where: Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center: 975 Indian Landing Road, Millersville
Details: The Watershed Stewards Academy provides an opportunity to learn how to solve environmental problems in one's community and find a local network of energized leaders.

Social Skills Classes
When: Wednesday
Where: ThinkTank Education and Therapy 224 E Mayo Road, Edgewater
Details: A 10-week program in building social skills for ages 7-13.

Suicide Prevention Program
When: Wednesday
Where: Woods Memorial Church, 611 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna Park
Details: A West River mom shares the story of her son's struggle with mental illness and eventual suicide. 

Muddy Creek Artist's Guild "Harvest of Artist's" Show & Sale
When:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Where: Greenstreet Gardens 391 West Bay Front Road, Lothian
Details: More than 50 local artists, including painters, potters, textile artists, jewelers, mixed media, sculpture and many other mediums will be featured. MCAG will also be collecting canned goods for SCAN, the South County Assistance Network.
