Homestead Gardens Hosts Food Link's Harvest Bash Saturday
Eat, drink and be merry, all to benefit one of the largest hunger and emergency relief organizations in Anne Arundel County.

Food Link, one of Anne Arundel County's largest organizations feeding the hungry and providing emergency relief to residents in need, is holding it's annual fundrasier Saturday night in Davidsonville.
This will be the first year the Harvest Bash will be hosted at Homestead Gardens. There will be live music for dancing, a silent auction, food, wine and more all for the ticket price of $50.
All proceeds of the event will go to benefit Food Link. According to it's website, Food Link works to alleviate hunger in Anne Arundel County by connecting residents in need with various resources. They offer help to caseworkers, clergy members or directly to families.
"We have become the last stop when traditional support programs fail or turn them away. No paperwork, no judgements, no rejections and no waiting," Food Link says on its website.
Food Link currently serves more than 40,000 Anne Arundel County residents a month.
The event begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday at Homestead Gardens, located at 743 West Central Ave. in Davidsonville. Tickets should be purchased in advance. For more information or to purchase tickets,check the event listing on Patch.
