A 55-year-old man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries Monday afternoon in Galesville when he fell from a boat, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. Fire department spokesman Lt. Cliff Kooser said he didn't know the details of the incident, but confirmed the man was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious injuries. "I haven't gotten a chance to speak with anyone at the scene," Kooser said. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
