Harvey N. Hall, 87, of Edgewater died September 4 of cancer. Hall was a World War II veteran, where he served as an Aviation Instructor to American, Brazilian and Chinese cadets in aerial navigation. He was also a long time educator, teaching in Calvert, Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties, finishing his career as a professor of education at Salisbury University and as head of the Education Department. He and his wife retired to his family property in Edgewater, where he pursued a longtime interest in landscape gardening and birding. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Claire.

Elmer Warren Aisquith “Skunky”, 90, died September 3. He was a lifetime resident of Riva. He was farmer, and also farmer owned an operated Elmer Aisquith Bus, Inc., an Anne Arundel County school bus contractor. Elmer enjoyed enjoyed golf, horse racing and being with his family and friends. He was a member of Annapolis Elks Lodge 622 and Annapolis Moose Lodge 296.

Felix Angel Rosario Nazario, 82, of Edgewater, died September 2. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, where he also attended school. Felix was a lifetime federal government employee, who worked around the world, including Spain, Panama, Japan, Okinawa, Hawaii, Thailand, and Washington DC at the Pentagon. He loved theater and opera, and served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Annapolis Opera Company for 12 years. In lieu of flowers, Annapolis Opera Company, Maryland Hall for the Performing Arts, Chesapeake Bay Foundation or American Heart Association.
