Parisi Speed School Leases Former Repeats Consignments Space

If you noticed the papered over windows at 157 Mitchells Chance Rd.—that's in South River Colony, next to Honey Hive—and thought a new tenant was moving into the space you were right, mostly. 

According to John Rosso—a vice president with Murphy Real Estate—Parisi Speed School signed a lease for the 5,400 square-foot space a few weeks ago.

The space has been sitting vacant for more than a year. Repeats was evicted last year after being in business for about a year. Some of the items on consignment were thrown out on the street when the store owners failed to remove the items within 48 hours, Patch reported.

While Parisi will be new to the space, it won't be new to Edgewater. The fitness center is currently located just around the block at 3277 Solomons Island Rd. No word yet from Parisi on reasons for the relocation or expansion, as the case may be.
