PHOTOS: South River Beats Bowie, Earns State Title Shot
Kacie Longo netted two goals to lead the Seahawks to a 4-0 victory over Bowie High, along with a spot in the state championship game.
South River's girls soccer team is headed to the state championship after they soundly defeated Bowie High on Saturday, 4-0.
Led by goal-machine Kacie Longo, who scored twice, the Seahawks held Bowie scoreless while piling up the offensive pressure. They will go on to face the winner of Sherwood High vs. Bethesda-Chevy Chase High later next week.
The final game time is yet to be decided.
