Police: Car Drives Through Accident Scene, Drugs Found
Officers stopped the driver of a silver Buick suspected of driving through the scene of a traffic accident and said they found 11 grams of marijuana in the car.

Police said they arrested two men on drug charges Thursday in Lothian after they tracked down a car suspected of driving through an accident scene.
According to a release from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, officers were conducting an investigation of a traffic accident in the area of Route 4 and Plummer Lane in Lothian when a silver Buick tried to drive through the scene.

Police said the driver committed multiple traffic offenses in the process, so officers pulled over the car immediately.
While addressing the driver and passenger in the Buick, police said they noticed drug paraphernalia resting between the driver and passenger seats. Officers arrested both men, searched the vehicle and found additional paraphernalia along with 11 grams of marijuana worth $224, the release stated.

The driver of the Buick, Gary Tyrone Blocker, 21, of the 3600 block of Monte Carlo Place, District Heights, was charged with minor traffic offenses, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
The car’s passenger, Anthony Eric Chouteau, 22, of the 4900 block of G St. S.E, Washington D.C., was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.
Police said Chouteau also had an outstanding warrant.
