Readers' Choice: Celebrate St. Patrick's at The Killarney House
The Killarney House will host three different Irish-themed musicians this weekend to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
Local residents have spoken, and was named the in the Edgewater, Davidsonville area.
With a name like "Killarney," I wasn't surprised to see the local establishment dominate the competition in this week's contest based on .
Receiving half of the total votes, on Central Avenue will surely be packed all day Saturday. The Irish hot-spot will open at 9 a.m. and the Guinness will be flowing as soon as patrons walk through its doors.

Unlike many places, The Killarney House doesn't serve green beer.
"We don't do green beer because we're real Irishmen that own this restaurant," restaurant manager Melanie Lynch said.

The restaurant will serve a normal lunch menu in the morning, but they'll offer a special three-course meal starting at 4 p.m. featuring a "super salad," five different entrees and bread pudding.
"We have live music starting at 11 a.m. with Dermot Power. He came over from Ireland just for this occasion and he'll be playing from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.," Lynch said.
The Killarney House will also host local musician Ray Weaver, who performed in the Annapolis area for years but he currently lives in Amsterdam. Weaver will start performing around 6:30 p.m.
