Semifinalists for Teacher of the Year Include Edgewater Educator
The list will be slimmed to five finalists later in February.
Anne Arundel County Public Schools named teacher Keri Farrish to the list of semifinalists for the 2012 Anne Arundel County Teacher of the Year award.
The list includes Farrish and 14 other educators from public and private schools. The list of 15 teachers will be cut to five finalists later in February, with the winner being announced on April 16.
Located at the BWI Marriott in Linthicum, the 26th annual Excellence in Education banquet will crown the winner who will go on to compete for the Maryland State Teacher of the Year award.
