Story Time Kicks Off at Edgewater Books
Join your neighbors at the local bookstore for a themed story hour.
Pack up your pirates and princesses and head over to Edgewater Books at 10 a.m. Tuesday for the the first of the bookstore's regular story times.
The new store, which opened back in August and is owned by local resident Ken Kennedy, will host a themed story time at 10 a.m. the first and third Tuesday of each month. The store promises a book reading an a "fun activity for kids and parents alike."
Tuesday's theme is—you guessed it—pirates and princesses.
Edgewater Books also hosts a separate Spanish story time for native English speakers on the second and fourth tuesday of each month.
The store is located at 951 Central Ave. East, Edgewater.
